Hotel Cliffton, Kodaikanal

My stay at the Cliffton Hotel was a mixed bag. While the location near Kodai Lake is lovely and the cottages are charming, my experience was tarnished by poorly maintained standard rooms and a lot of ongoing maintenance work. Additionally, the absence of a restaurant and the noise from outside left a lot to be desired. With improvements, this place has great potential.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, especially with my family during our trip in April. The rooms were spacious and filled with modern amenities, adding to the overall comfort. The food we enjoyed every night was superb, and the friendly staff made our time there even better. The location was perfect, offering great views and easy access to nearby attractions, although the restaurant was undergoing renovations, which slightly impacted our breakfast experience.
